Super Double Coupons start Wednesday at Harris Teeter. Harris Teeter will double coupons up to $1.98 when you use your VIC card, up to 20 coupons per card/per day. Coupons up to $.99 are doubled every day at Harris Teeter, but this is the best time to use your $1 and up coupons. Jenny at Southern Savers has a list of free and cheap items here.
